..Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to the impugned order, dated 17.12.2018 uploaded in the website of the 1st respondent in so far as the petitioners are concerned, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and devoid of merit and consequentially direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioners (having DIN Nos:07678468 and 07682183) to get reappointed as Director in the Company or appointed in any other Company without any hindrance.

It is stated that the company namely M/s.A School India Private Limited has been restored after orders passed under Section 252 of the Companies Act. But the Director https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Identitification Numbers of the petitioners still remain deactivated.

2. It would be the advantageous to the petitioners if they were to represent to the Registrar of the company for resolving the issue. On disposal of the said representation, if the orders are adverse to the petitioners, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court again.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
