CMP Nos.11586 & 11587 of 2024 in CMSA Sr No.156875 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., The notice sent through Court has been served on respondents 1, 2, 4 and 6 and service is awaited insofar as respondents 3 and 5 are concerned. The private notice that was sent to respondents 1 to 6 has been served and names of respondents 1 to 6 have also been printed in the cause list. There is no representation either in person or through counsel.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellants. 3.These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 1 to 6 as the legal representatives of the deceased of the sole respondent as respondents in CMP No.515 of 2024.

4.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and hence, all these petitions are allowed. 5.In view of the same, CMP Nos.11586 & 11587 of 2024 are allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the relevant records. 6.Post the CMP No.515 of 2024 on 18.07.2024.
