ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J) This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from taking further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings pursuant to the impugned notice in EC/C-II/448/2014 dated 11.05.2018 issued by the first respondent.

2. Mr.K.Rajasrinivasan learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent, Mr.P.S.Siva Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 2nd respondent and Mr.K.Soundararajan, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent.

3. We do not think that this Writ Petition could be entertained in view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WP No.16127 of 2016 dated 24.01.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has sought for review of the order dated 24.01.2018 in the said Writ Petition. Leaving it to open to the petitioner to raise all the issues in the Review Petition, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
