This petition is filed seeking to withdraw the petition H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee and transfer the same to the Principal Family Court, Chennai, which is competent jurisdiction to try the matter. 2.The petitioner is the wife. The respondent/husband filed H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee for divorce.

3.The petitioner, now, has filed this application to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2015 from the Sub Court, Poonamallee to the Principal Family Court, Chennai. The petitioner resides at Porur.
