PRAYER: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the joint agreement for quarrying and carrying away minor minerals by lessees in Rytwari Lands in which the minerals belong to the government as per Rules 19, 19 A and 33 of the Tamil Nadu Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 1959, dated 20.03.2023, vide document No.1478 of 2023 registered in the office of SRO, Uthukuli in the registration district of Tiruppur granting license by the 1st respondent to the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent herein to prevent the 4th respondent from carrying on any quarrying activities in Survey No.263/2, in Sengadu, Rakkiyaapalayam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District.
