O R D E R
This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2018 pending on the file of Sub Court, Kancheepuram and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Usilampatti or any competent Court.
2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that they have no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2018 pending on the file of Sub Court, Kancheepuram to the file of Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the submissions and endorsement made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2018 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Kancheepuram and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Thirumangalam. The learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2018 to the file of Sub Court, Thirumangalam within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
