The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order passed by the respondent.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, inspite of his best efforts, there is no instructions from the petitioner.

3. Since the matter is challenging the suspension order, this Court is of the view that there is no purpose in keeping the order pending without any progress.
