ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 19.03.2024 in O.A.No.214 of 2024 passed by this Court.

2. When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has duly complied with the order dated 19.03.2024 passed by this Court in O.A.No.214 of 2024 and removed the brand name "Mohammed Anifa Biriyani".

3. Recording the above submission, since nothing survives in this petition, this Contempt Petition is closed.
