ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.10.2014 and to take action against 1.C.Swaminathan 2.Uma w/o Swaminathan, 3.Guru son of Swaminathan and 4.Radhakrishnan in accordance with law.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 10.10.2014 on the allegations of cheating and being threatened by the above said persons, but till date no action was taken. Hence, this petition.

learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was assigned C.S.R.No.616 of 2014 and on completion of enquiry, the said complaint was closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report for the perusal of this Court.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since already the complaint is closed, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., if she is so aggrieved.
