This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.7228, 7229 & 7227 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023, passed by this Court, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial inC.C.Nos.69 & 70 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar and the case now stands posted on 05.07.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.7228, 7229 & 7227 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar on 05.07.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
