This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction directing the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose the petition in H.M.O.P.No.108 of 2016, within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court directs the Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.108 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
