This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court on 09.04.2025 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10702 of 2025. He further submitted that the 5th petitioner name in the FIR was wrongly mentioned as Suriya instead of Govindharaj and therefore he has mentioned as Govindharaj [ In FIR wrongly mentioned as Suriya], however, the same was not reflected in the order copy and the same needs to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. In view of the above, the 5th petitioner's name in the cause title shall read as Govindharaj [In FIR wrongly mentioned as Suriya] instead of Govindharaj.
