This petition is filed seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2014 from the file of Subordinate Court, Namakkal and to transfer the same to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai for joint trial along with O.P.No.2710 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. I am of the view that no order is necessary in this petition since already this Court passed an order in Tr.C.M.P.No.613 of 2015 dated 31.08.2015 transferring H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2014 from the file of Principal Sub Court, Namakkal to the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
