Mr.G.Ethirajulu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the directions of this Court dated 02.08.2023, his client Palanathal, had paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- by way of demand draft to K-797, Kongalnagaram Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, Kongalnagaram, Udumalpet Taluk, Tirupur District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced a receipt from the Secretary, who has received the amount and has filed a memo to that effect on the receipt of Rs.10 lakhs, there are no further claims as against the property or as against the petitioner.

In the light of the compliance of the order dated 02.08.2023, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed and the attachment order in C.E.P.No.69 of 2015/2016 in R.C.No.3294 of 2014/CA dated 08.10.2015 passed by the first respondent/Deputy Registrar, Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies, Dharapuram Circle, Dharapuram stands raised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
