The petitioner is the husband. He filed HMOP.No.444 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirupur for restitution of conjugal rights.

While so, the respondent-wife filed HMOP No.47 of 2014 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi. The respondent wife resides at Pollachi.

The petitioner-husband seeks transfer of HMOP.No.444 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirupur to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollchi. 4.

In these circumstances, I am of the view that no notice is required to the respondent as the prayer made in this petition is beneficial to the respondent.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of transferring the HMOP.No.444 of 2014 on the file of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirupur to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi to try along with HMOP No.47 of 2014. No costs.
