This petition has been filed to set aside the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent in Crl.M.P.No.1143 of 2012, dated 29.3.2012.
2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the first respondent on completion of investigation has filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengelpet and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.210 of 2014 and the case is now pending in part heard stage.
