O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.281 of 2021 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and Referred Charge Sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatty on 07.03.2024. A copy of the same was also be placed before this Court.

3.In the light of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to file the protest petition before the concerned Court in RCS No.26 of 2021 and workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
