The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. The respondent filed O.S.No.227 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Chennai for dissolution of marriage.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Transfer C.M.P. to withdraw O.S.No.227 of 2015 from the file of Family Court, Chennai and to transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode District.

3. It is well settled law that in matrimonial disputes, the convenience of wife is given preference in the matter of place of hearing.

4. In these circumstances, I direct for withdrawal of O.S.No.227 of 2015 from the file of Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode District.
