PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2020 within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to take further proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5889-2/2020/E1 dated 25.06.2021 till the disposal of the Writ Petition.

2. The petitioner prays for a mandamus directing the second respondent/ The Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department not to take further proceedings pursuant to notice dated 25.06.2021 till his representation dated 10.02.2020 is disposed.

3. Since the petitioner is stated to have appeared before the Joint Commissioner and participated in the Section 78 proceedings which have culminated in order dated 12.07.2021, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same is closed as infructuous. No costs.
