The respondent initiated matrimonial proceedings in HMOP No.2443 of 2015 against the petitioner before the Principal Family Court at Chennai. The petitioner has come up with this transfer petition to transfer the proceedings to Sub Court, [Camp] Mettupalayam Sub Division, Coimbatore Division.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.According to the counsel for parties, during the pendency of the proceedings, the parties have settled the matter.

4. The parties are present in Court, and they have confirmed the settlement.
