This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 192 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 and 2, none has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. 4.M/s.G.Sukumari, takes notice for the third respondent. 5.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.

6. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course and print the name of the learned counsel for the third respondent at the time of admission.
