The present transfer petition has been filed seeking to withdraw HMOP.No.212 of 2015 pending on the file of the Family Court, Trichy and transfer the same to the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to be tried along with HMOP.No.99 of 2015 pending on its file.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
