Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973, to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ponneri in Crl.M.P.No.404 of 2019 on 04.03.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.404 of 2019 dated 4.03.2019 filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd condition imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Ennore Police Station daily at 7.00 a.m. for a period of 4 weeks and thereafter as and when required before the respondent Police.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition is modified with the above direction.
