This Civil Revision petition has been filed, challenging the order in I.A.No.474 of 2016, refusing to appoint an Advocate Commissioner.
2. None appears for the petitioner. Heard Mr.A.Sundaravadhanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. Mr.A.Sundaravadhanan would submit that the suit itself was disposed of on 11.06.2018 and an appeal against the said Judgment and decree has been filed in A.S.No.19 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruchengode and the same is pending.
4. In view of the said submission, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
