This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate day at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6926 of 2024 dated 10.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly twice, i.e. on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
