The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case against respondents 1 and 2 as per the order of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistraste, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008 dated 12.08.2015 made in Crl.M.P.No.4316 of 2015.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has already been registered in Crime No.1005 of 2015 as against respondents 1 and 2 for an alleged offence under Section 3(1) of the TNPPDL Act.

3. Since the case has already been registered, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
