The Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been instituted to modify the order dated 19.05.2022 by permitting the petitioner to grant bank guarantee to the extent of 50 % of the contribution or in alternative, grant 90 days time to this petitioner, in place of 7 bank working days granted in this Court vide order dated 19.05.2022 in W.P.No. 11321 of 2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the amount as per the direction of this Court dated 19.05.2022 in W.P.No. 11321 of 2022 has been settled. 3.
