ORDER

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The respondent / husband filed H.M.O.P.No.2480 of 2015 on the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai, seeking divorce. The petitioner/ wife resides at Mynarpalayam Post, Chinnasalem Taluk, Villupuram District. Hence, she has filed this petition to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.2480 of 2015 to the file of Sub Court, Kallakurichi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband submitted that Athur is nearer to the residents of the petitioner/wife and the same is not in seriously disputed and therefore, the H.M.O.P.No.2480 of 2015 may be transferred to the file of Sub Court, Athur.

3. The Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband, I am inclined to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.2480 of 2015 from the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai to Sub Court, Athur instead of transferring to Sub Court, Kallakurichi.

Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of directing the learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.2480 of 2015 pending on his file to the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Athur, for disposal.
