O R D E R

The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.86 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Krishnagiri to the file of the Subordinate Court, Bhavani, Erode District.

2.Learned counsel appearing for both sides would submit that both the petitioner and respondent are working in Bangalore. Therefore, instead of transferring the pending H.M.O.P. No.86 of 2018 to the file of Subordinate Court, Bhavani, Erode District, the same may be transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Hosur, as it would convenient for both parties to appear before the said Court, which is only 40 k.ms from their working place.

3.Taking note of the fact that a petition in H.M.O.P. No.132 of 2018 seeking divorce filed by the petitioner is pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Bhavani and in view of the joint request made by both sides, the Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of and both the H.M.O.P. Nos.86 and 132 of 2018 filed by the respondent and the petitioner seeking restitution of conjugal rights and divorce respectively pending on the files of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Principal Family Court, Krishnagiri and the Subordinate Court, Bhavani, are withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Hosur.

4.The Subordinate Court, Hosur is directed to take up both the cases and dispose of the same expeditiously in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.11085 of 2019 is closed.
