2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the convict has not availed of the leave that was granted by this Court vide order dated 22.12.2020.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stands recorded and no further orders are required to be passed.
