ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(2) of IPC in Cr.No.1255 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeter and having eight previous cases and he further submitted that during the year 2020, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur was granted bail to the petitioner with certain condition. The petitioner has violated the condition and hence, the learned trial Court cancelled the bail. Hence, he vehemently objected to grant bail to the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in prison for more than 220 days and he is having five years girl child and he is the only breadwinner of his family. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
