Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the seniority list drawn by the third respondent as on 01.01.2008 in his proceedings No. Nil dated 14.02.2008 in so far as the respondents 4 to 12 are concerned and the consequential order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.6490/L1/2010 dated Nil 02.02.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to fix the seniority of the petitioner in the post of B.T. Assistant over and above the respondents 4 to 12 and consider him for further promotion as Headmaster of Middle School as per the revised seniority.
