ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the fourth respondent to remove the blockage for renewal of license vide No.09-116-00 1694 pertaining to the petitioner's shop situated at Door No.11/57, Bharathi Salai, Triplicane, Chennai - 600 005. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law,
within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
