ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.A.Arunkumar, learned counsel for Ms.R.Poornima, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that change of vakalat has been given. However, no new counsel appears for the petitioner.

3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that survey would be conducted within four months from today. If, upon survey, encroachment is found, further steps would be taken immediately.

4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
