This Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings and to punish the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 14.09.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24695 of 2017.

ORDER
The Contempt petition is filed to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings and to punish the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 14.09.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24695 of 2017.
2.This Court passed an order on 14.09.2017 in W.P.No.24695 of 2017 to consider the case of the writ petitioner for counting of 50% of the service rendered on temporary basis based on Rule 11 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules.
3.Inspite of the issues regarding grant of benefit of 50% of counting of service, a Full Bench of this Court also delivered a Judgement on 03.12.2019 in W.A.Nos.158 of 2016, etc., batch, clarifying the principles. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
