: Respondents Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant order of direction in directing the 2nd respondent to produce documents in furnishing the details in respect of credit in the account of the deceased G.Srinivasan with the 2nd respondent company. This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Application had been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce documents relating to the credits in the account of the deceased G.Srinivasan.

Mr.Nirmal Roy Sanjeevi, who appears for the second respondent, has filed an affidavit, which had been sworn by the Authorised signatory of the second respondent, giving the details which are required by the petitioner.
