Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner report before the Inspector of Police, M3 Puzhal Police Station, Chennai, once in a week i.e., on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders of this Hon'ble Court on 20.03.2020 vide Crl.M.P.No.3524 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29201 of 2019. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3524 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29201 of 2019 to report before the Inspector of Police, M3 Puzhal Police Station, Chennai, once in a week i.e., on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.3524 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29201 of 2019 on 20.03.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3524 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29201 of 2019 on 20.03.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
