O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.184 of 2020 from the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime No.184 of 2020 has been completed and the final report has been filed on 20.10.2021 as "Further Action Dropped".

3. In view of the above, since no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent, the question of transferring the investigation does not arise. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition challenging the final report filed by the second respondent in the manner known to law, if so advised.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
