Petitions under Article 227, Constitution of India, filed against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 10/08/2017 made in I.A.No.612 of 2017 in O.S.No.328 of 2013 on the file of the court of the District Munsif at Madurantakam, Kancheepuram District (In CRP(PD).NO.932/2018 and;
ii)To stay the operation of Fair and Decreetal order dated 10/08/2017 made in I.A.No.612 of 2017 in O.S.No.328 of 2013 on the file of the court of the District Munsif at Madurantakam, Kancheepuram District (CMP.NO.5029/2018) pending disposal of the CRP(PD).NO.932/2018.
Order: This petition and Miscellaneous petition coming or for Extension of time on the Wednesday, the Fifteenth day of December Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 17.03.2021 and letter dated 08.10.2021 vide D.No.1233/2021 from The District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur, in the presence of M/S.B.DAYAALAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.K.GOVI GANESAN, Advocate for the 1st and 2nd Respondents in both the petitions, this court made the following order:- This Court, by an order dated 17.03.2021, directed the learned District Munsif, Maduranthakam, Kancheepuram District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.328 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur, by proceedings dated 08.10.
2021 due to May vacation and COVID Pandamic situation, the said O.S could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court and hence sought for further six months time. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today. 2.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, time is extended for a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.
