2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam, Namakkal District, is directed to dispose of the petition in Crl.M.P.No.581 of 2024 filed by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
