Mr.M.Rajasekar, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 28.12.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for permission to operate the cable TV at Navalur Slum Clearance Board tenements.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner will be considered and orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

will be passed on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from th date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
