ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 9 of Child Marriage Restraint Act, 1929 in Crime No.3 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is aged about 17 years and her parents arranged marriage on 09.12.2021 with the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the marriage between the petitioner and the victim girl aged about 17 years was arranged by the parents of both. He further submitted that after investigation, first information report registered in Crime No.3 of 2022 was closed as mistake of fact on 15.04.2022. Therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent for Crime No.3 of 2022.
