O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2022 and issue patta in favour of the legal heirs of Late.A.Govindan, father of the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2022 has been considered and the same was rejected, vide, proceedings of the 1st
respondent dated 30.06.2022 in Na.Ka.No.22152/2022/K2 and the said rejection order was submitted before this Court.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
