Transfer petition has been filed to withdraw the case in HMOP No.858 of 2014 pending on the file of the Family Court Judge, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the file of the II Family Court Judge, Chennai.

ORDER
The petitioner is the husband. He filed a petition in HMOP No.858 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore for divorce.
2. The respondent wife filed a petition in M.C.No.145 of 2013 on the file of the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai seeking maintenance.
3. In these circumstances, the petitioner husband filed the present transfer CMP to withdraw the petition in HMOP No.858 of 2014 from the file of Family Court, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to the file of learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with M.C.No.145 of 2013 filed by the respondent wife.
4. In view of such a prayer, I am of the view, no notice is necessary for the respondent as the prayer in the present transfer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition is beneficial to her.
5. Hence, the transfer CMP is allowed and a direction is issued to the learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore to transfer the petition in HMOP No.858 of 2014 pending on his file to the file of learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with M.C.No.145 of 2013. No costs.
