ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2540 days in filing the restoration petition against the dismissal order dated 11.04.2017 in A.S.No.486 of 2005.

2. Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the appeal was disposed of in the year 2017 and the present petition has been filed only to drag on the proceedings and delay the passing of the final decree and delivery of possession. He would further submit that no valid reasons have been assigned to condone the delay.

3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
