When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.10.2017, none appeared for the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 13.10.2017. On 13.10.2017, a direction was issued to post the matter under the caption "for orders" on 27.10.2017. Accordingly, the matter is posted today under the caption "for orders".

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the matter has been solved between the parties. Probably, that could be the reason for non appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the Original Petition is dismissed.
