[Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.] Learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He further prayed for speedy disposal of O.P.No.2569 of 2012 filed by the appellant and submitted that the trial commenced and concluded and the said O.P. is posted for arguments.

2.Recording the above submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai is directed to dispose of O.P.No.2569 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
