ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who were arrested on 25.05.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379, 430, 341, 294(b), 332 and 307 of I.P.C and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.140 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others accused involved in illegal transportation of one unit of sand. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner was detained under Goondas Act. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner was detained under Goondas Act, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
