Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 242 days in payment of deficit court fee in the above CMA in CMA NO.90632/2019.(in CMP.10380/2021 in CMA.SR.No.90632/2019) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.NARMADHA Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.BALASUBRAMANIAN for MR.B.HARIBABU Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 242 days in payment of deficit court fee in the appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.90632 of 2019.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the condition, that the petitioner pays cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) through Ch/D.D/NEFT Transfer & GOOGLE PAY (Canara Bank, Nungambakkam Branch, A/C No. 60182010063310, IFSC No. CNRB0016018) favouring WOMEN'S WELFARE SYNDICATE within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
