By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to cancel the tender allotted for "Sri Pathamthangi Coolie" in Na.Ka.No.30714/A1 dated 21.08.2018 in Parthasarathy Temple and for consequential relief.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is inclined to do their service for a lesser cost than that of the tender now submitted by the successful person. He also submitted that the petitioner is inclined to do this only as a matter of charity and with atmost devotion to the god. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

He also submitted that the petitioner periodically submitted representations and finally on 06.09.2018, to the first respondent for the relief as prayed in the writ petition and finding no action, the petitioner is before this Court by this writ petition.

4. Mr.M.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the first respondent, submitted that already a successful tenderer is there and their tender has to be approved by the Commissioner of HR & CE Department after verifying all the materials related to the tender. He also submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered before taking any final decision.

5. Under such circumstances, by recording the submission so made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
